About Amanda Perkowski

Recognized as one of America’s respected next-generation dressage trainers, Perkowski is passionate about how technology can strengthen everyday coaching, improve communication between coaches and riders, and support better horse welfare without compromising the principles of classical horsemanship.

Based in Wellington, Florida, Perkowski has built a reputation for combining classical dressage principles with modern, horse-centered training. Having trained and worked with Olympic bronze medalist Allison Brock, Olympian Lendon Gray, and international young horse specialist Dr. Ulf Möller, she brings extensive experience in developing horses from young prospects through to Grand Prix, while coaching riders of all levels.

Supporting Riders, Coaches and Horse Welfare

Known for her emphasis on clear communication, strong fundamentals and thoughtful horse development, Perkowski naturally aligns with Equestic’s mission of combining technology with great horsemanship to improve performance, communication and horse welfare.

Having incorporated both the EQ Saddle-Clip and EQ Coach-Copilot into her daily training program, Perkowski has experienced first-hand how objective movement data together with AI-generated lesson summaries help riders retain learning between lessons, improve communication with their coaches and make more informed training decisions for their horse.

“One of the biggest challenges in coaching is helping riders truly remember and apply what they learned once they leave the arena. Coach-Copilot has genuinely changed that. It records the lesson, creates clear summaries, and gives riders a practical roadmap to continue improving between sessions. Combined with the insights from the EQ Saddle-Clip, it helps us make better-informed decisions while always keeping the horse’s well-being at the center of training,” said Perkowski.

Amanda has publicly shared how the EQ Saddle-Clip has become part of the daily routine in her stable, helping monitor workload, symmetry and long-term development across her horses. She has also described EQ Coach-Copilot as a “game changer” for helping riders better retain coaching feedback, understand lesson objectives, and build greater consistency between training sessions.

“Amanda represents exactly the kind of modern coach and rider we want to support,” said Leon Rutten, Founder and CEO of Equestic. ”She combines exceptional horsemanship with genuine curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning. Amanda understands that technology should strengthen the relationship between horse, rider, and coach - not replace experience or feel. Her dedication to developing happy, confident horses and helping riders build strong foundations makes her an ideal ambassador for Equestic.”

As Brand Ambassador, Perkowski will work closely with Equestic to demonstrate how objective data and AI-supported coaching can help riders, coaches and horses at every level of the sport. Through educational content, clinics, events, and real-world training, she will showcase how technology can improve communication, accelerate learning and support better horse welfare while preserving the values of excellent horsemanship.
